I'm going down, down, down, down

Wednesday began with my alarm going off at 5:15am and I hit snooze 3 times... but then I finally dragged my butt out of bed and made it to the gym with just enough time to bang out 30 minutes on the elliptical machine. And I was so thankful that I did! It felt good to sweat!

Wednesday's are also my weigh-in day for Weight Watchers. Guess what???? I'm down 2 pounds! Woo hoo!!!

Enough celebrating, on to the eats for the day...

Blueberry yogurt and apple sauce, with coffee of course.

I had another epic salad for lunch but listen to this - now I happen to be the clumsiest person you may ever meet. I am constantly running into things, dropping things and tripping over my own feet. My fiancee says I need a bubble.. Anywho, I grabbed my epic salad, took the top off of my container, turned to place the salad in some nice natural light and it fell right out of my hand. Salad went flying all over the chair and all over the floor. Ha!

Enough, thankfully, stayed in my container to satisfy my rumbling stomach. And it was goooood. I ended up going out to watch the Flyers lose the Stanley Cup...sigh...and we ate out. I had a BBQ grilled chicken wrap in a whole wheat tortilla and a side of broccoli, pretty good...
Breakfast on Thursday didn't really happen. I just wasn't feeling it. The gym didn't happen either, but I kind of planned it that way. I knew I was going to take today off, so no biggie. But I was feeling lunch! It was the last of my leftover broccoli pasta and I must say that I'm sad to see it go. But I'm ready for some variations in my diet!
Snack was some grapes, cherries and watermelons. I love summer fruit!

Dinner was ordered because I'm going to be out of town all weekend, so I didn't want to stock the fridge if I'm not going to be around. I ordered a chicken stromboli with chicken, cheese, onions, peppers and sauce. So good! I've never ordered from this particular place, but I will pulling out their menu often! It was really tasty. Saucy, cheesey and vegalicious. Is that a word? :) I also got some buffalo chicken nuggets. I had a couple, they were just ok.

Cheesy and crusty!

I'm just finishing up some Sleepytime Vanilla tea and I'm about to pack a weekend bag and then read some of my book before going to sleep. I'm currently reading Charlaine Harris's "All Together Dead" it's the 8th in the Sookie Stackhouse series (or True Blood). They are great books, easy summer reads! I also ordered the Twilight novella about Bree Tanner...I can't wait to start it! I love to read! What are you reading??
